The Democratic Primary for President of the United States in New York State shall take place on Tuesday, February 5, 2008. On that day, Democrats will express their preference for who should be the Democratic nominee and also vote for individual candidates seeking to become delegates to the Democratic National Convention in August, 2008.
We hope all Democrats will come out to vote. If you are not a registered Democrat today, you have until the close of business on Friday, October 12 to submit a voter registration form designating you as a Democrat or you cannot vote in the February 5th primary election."
